I had a wonderful stay at Patterson Inn. it was a charming mansion filled with history that truly captured the essence of a boutique hotel. The location was perfect for exploring Denver's arts district. though parking was a bit tricky. Overall, the staff's hospitality really made my stay special but breakfast could use some improvement.

I had a mixed experience at the Patterson Inn. The historic charm and spaciousness of the room were good, but I encountered several issues that affected my overall satisfaction. While I appreciated the friendly staff and the fresh breakfast, the location and maintenance of the hotel left much to be desired. 😕

Rooms

My room was beautifully decorated with hardwood floors and featured a cozy four-poster bed. However, I felt the room could have used some maintenance, as my bathroom had a claw foot tub which, while charming, didn't have a proper shower attachment.

Location

The location was walkable to several attractions, but the surrounding neighborhood seemed a bit run-down. I wasn't particularly comfortable with the nearby parking situation, which seemed less than safe.

Breakfast was fresh and included choices such as scrambled eggs and homemade granola, but I found the options to be somewhat limited and not particularly impressive. The breakfast experience could be improved.

While I enjoyed the free welcome drink and the happy hour, some facilities like the ice machines were out of order during my stay, which was disappointing.
